    La Ricolla's Per Daniel Fu**ing Bubbles is a bottle-refermented wine of fruit, character and personality. Savory and crisp, a quick-drinking bubble that moves gracefully in the mouth. A glou-glou wine that dangerously draws the sip.

    In August after a day at the beach spent lying in the sun, all you need to recover from exhaustion is a shower, a bottle of Per Daniel Fu**ing Bubbles and a trusted friend or your better half to share it with. Each glass is a continuous dip in the sea.

  • Why

    La Felce's In Origine Bianco is a macerated white wine from a typical local blend. Heady and flavorful, it combines the straight, fresh, savory side of vermentino with the body of trebbiamo and the aromatic envelopment of malvasia.

  • When

    When you get home all soggy and shaking from the downpour you just took, put a knob butter on the fire with an onion with the scraps of shrimp you have kept aside. Open a bottle of In Origine Bianco, deglaze, strain and let it reduce. Then couch, cover, a glass of wine and warm shellfish fumet.

    When you wake up early on Sunday mornings with the urge to pamper yourself. go out for coffee and pop into the fish market to buy some anchovies. Once you get home, while you are preparing the anchovy breading, pour yourself a glass of Berrette. Just tossing an anchovy into the boiling oil will be enough to wake up the rest of the family as well.

Turn off the TV, pull out all the cheeses that lodge in your refrigerator and chill a bottle of Tantaroba. You will find that unexpected plans often turn out to be better ones.

  • Why

    Possa's Cinque Terre is an intense, soft and savory white wine. Deeply linked to the place where it was born, it is a wine of light, sea and salt, finding its balance between warmth and savoriness, closing tasty, textural and balsamic.

  • When

    When evening comes in summer, when people go home, take advantage of the last glimpses of light to go lie on the rocks still warm from the day and finally cleared. Cinque Terre can also be drunk from the bottle, preferably in a gentle embrace.

  • Why

    Di Giulia's Gentile is a white wine of great freshness, fragrant and tasty. Juicy, in the mouth it moves pawing and nervous, but with precision, firm and accomplished. A wine with body, savoriness and a finely almondy finish.

    On a dull, muggy day when it's cocktail hour, a bottle of Il Gentile in the refrigerator will be your salvation. A breath of freshness and flavor that relaxes the mind and opens the stomach. Fill it up with olives all'ascolana.
